Webinar: Improving Pandemic Response with Identity Management

Access an interactive discussion on how to solve patient data challenges in public health and improve data accuracy to keep communities healthy.

Without accurate and complete patient data, even the most sophisticated and well-executed public health programs will fall short. From coordination of patient appointments to accurate and timely reporting, technology systems play a critical role in efforts to keep the population healthy – especially in times of crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic.

In this webinar, we dive into real-life examples of identity management challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic from the New York City Department of Health. We’ll explore the specific challenges the organization encountered and discuss how they are working to improve data accuracy.

We cover:

  • How the organization planned their overall COVID-19 pandemic response strategy
  • How patient identity challenges – both obvious and obscure – can derail efforts to implement large-scale public health efforts
  • How to tackle data accuracy challenges in public health and strategies to improve future efforts to keep the population healthy
