Course information

In this course, you will be presented with a wide variety of problems that you might encounter in your interfaces. Many issues are around messages not being intact when they are received or sent, and you will learn how to troubleshoot errors ranging from HL7 parsing and encoding issues, derivative or action list modifications, and TCP/IP and acknowledgment modifications.

You will learn how to create Alerts to notify team members of interface issues. You will also learn how to create and troubleshoot Corepoint Action Points, which enable you to trigger alert notifications based on the contents of the message data. This class focuses on many common troubleshooting issues that Corepoint Customer Support receives questions about throughout the first year of using Corepoint Integration Engine.
