Meet the speakers:

Frederick Fowler is a healthcare IT professional with over 25 years of experience focused on interoperability and system integration. He began his career as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Chemistry before transitioning into IT as a junior programmer at Soft Computer Consultants in Clearwater, Florida. It was there that he was first introduced to HL7 interfacing, sparking a long-term interest in healthcare data exchange.

Since then, his career has largely centered on HL7 messaging, where he’s spent decades building, supporting, and troubleshooting interfaces that keep clinical and operational systems connected and running smoothly. He has extensive hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x messaging—including ADT, ORM, ORU, and SIU—and has worked across a wide range of healthcare applications, from EHR systems to laboratory and ancillary systems.

Jennifer Redshaw is the Assistant Director of the Application Integration Team with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare IT and systems integration. Over the course of her career, she has held a range of technical and leadership positions, building expertise in healthcare interoperability, enterprise integration, and information exchange.

In her current role, she provides leadership for the organization’s integration platform, overseeing three Rhapsody interface engines, Epic Bridges, and connectivity across more than 100 clinical, operational, and business systems. Her work focuses on leveraging integration technologies to enable secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange that supports patient care and operational excellence.

Passionate about bridging gaps in healthcare interoperability, Katelyn is driven by the belief that better connectivity leads to better outcomes. As a Solution Consultant at Rhapsody, she partners with healthcare organizations to design and implement seamless interoperability solutions for complex use cases. With a deep understanding of integration strategies and real-world workflows, she collaborates with teams to design seamless solutions that enable data to move securely and efficiently across systems.

Ted has over 30 years of experience in healthcare IT with over 15 years of experience doing Rhapsody installs, training, and implementation. He has supported the implementation of Rhapsody at a variety of organizations including hospitals, doctors offices, public health organizations, insurance companies, clearinghouses, and vendor partners.

Having worked across the healthcare spectrum, Holden focuses on bringing the voice of the customer into product and marketing conversations. Holden partners with customers, the product team, and revenue teams to ensure that customer needs and business outcomes remain at the center of product adoption and growth. He brings this same customer-first mindset to his work with Axon, and is excited to share Axon with current and prospective users.
