This course has the following prerequisites: Rhapsody Integration Engine Associate Certification.

It is recommended that attendees have a high level of experience with messaging engines in general and the Rhapsody Integration Engine in particular.

Professional Certification provides the competency required by administrators tasked with creating routes and interfaces from scratch.

To teach administrators how to:

• Control message flow through the Rhapsody engine
• Work with network and file-based interfaces
• Work with information stored in a database
• Apply business logic to message processing using the range of Rhapsody filters
• Manage messages being sent to the Error and Hold queues
• 
Configure notifications generated in response to specified issue events

Professional Certification is intended for Associate Certified administrators tasked with creating and configuring new routes and interfaces used to manage an organization’s messaging requirements.
