Rhapsody Expands AWS Marketplace Presence to Power AI-Ready Healthcare Data Exchange

Expansion simplifies access to secure data sharing, API modernization and imaging workflow transformation

BOSTON, January 6, 2026Rhapsody, a global leader in digital health enablement and interoperability, today announced the expansion of their presence on Amazon Web Servies (AWS) Marketplace with three new offerings—Guardian, Envoy iPaaS and Image Director. Access to purchase via AWS Marketplace helps healthcare organizations accelerate time to value in building an AI-ready foundation.

The expansion follows more than 200% YoY growth in Rhapsody AWS Marketplace transactions, underscoring the increasing demand from healthcare teams seeking simplified procurement and modern, API-driven data exchange on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Through AWS Marketplace, healthcare organizations can now purchase the Rhapsody portfolio of integrated and modular solutions that advance data exchange and data onboarding. Solutions include:

  • Rhapsody Guardian: A modern API security and governance platform purpose-built for healthcare. Guardian helps organizations safely expose and scale the APIs powering AI solutions, validate and enforce FHIR and HL7, and establish the secure connections required for AI-readiness and data modernization.
  • Rhapsody Envoy iPaaS: An integration and automation layer that powers faster onboarding, fewer custom interfaces, and better reuse of connections by simplifying connectivity across EHRs, labs, imaging solutions, and digital health applications
  • Rhapsody Image Director: An imaging workflow and routing engine that unifies DICOM, HL7, and FHIR data across complex, multi-site radiology environments. Image Director helps imaging teams build AI-ready imaging data and workflows by standardizing data, orchestrating routing and optimizing hybrid-cloud imaging pipelines.

As healthcare teams race to adopt AI-powered technologies, many remain constrained by legacy infrastructure, data silos, and the operational burden of maintaining hundreds of point-to-point connections across mixed on-prem and cloud environments. Rhapsody’s expanded presence on AWS Marketplace reflects the company’s commitment to helping healthcare organizations increase resiliency, reduce technical debt, and adopt cloud-forward operating models that support emerging AI workflows.

“Healthcare organizations are modernizing rapidly, and many are held back by legacy infrastructure that wasn’t built for API-driven interoperability or AI-enabled workflows,” said Sagnik Bhattacharya, CEO of Rhapsody. “By expanding availability on AWS Marketplace, we’re making it easier for health systems and digital health innovators to deploy secure, scalable solutions in their AWS environments, accelerate their cloud strategies, and build an AI-ready data foundation for the next decade of innovation.”

The addition of Guardian, Envoy iPaaS, and Image Director strengthens Rhapsody positioning as a cloud-first partner for healthcare organizations seeking resilient, interoperable, and AI-ready infrastructure.
